All of Walthamstow and the E17 streets — the Village, Wood Street, St James, Blackhorse Road, the market end, and out to the Highams Park border. It’s our home patch, so it’s the ground we work every day.

Both — they’re the two ends of Walthamstow and we do them all the time. The Village conservation streets mean narrow lanes and careful parking; the Blackhorse Road conversions and new towers mean lift bookings and loading-bay slots. We check the access when we quote and plan around whichever you’re in.

We start from what you tell us — how many bedrooms, floors, lift or stairs, anything big or fragile — then confirm it with a quick video walk-round or a visit before anything is fixed. How much there is, how far it’s going and how easy the access is are what shape the figure. Your written quote spells out what’s included.

We do. The same crew that moves a flat across E17 also loads for France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. A move abroad just adds a route plan and the customs paperwork on top — and that part is ours to handle, not yours.

It’s the one thing worth planning early, and we do. The conservation streets around St Mary’s are narrow with permit parking and the odd width restriction. We check it when we quote, arrange a bay suspension with Waltham Forest where the load-in needs it, and bring a smaller van to shuttle if the lorry can’t get close.

Regularly. The blocks around Blackhorse Lane run on booked service lifts and loading-bay windows, often with concierge sign-in. We line all of that up before the day so nothing holds up the move. Give us the building and floor and it’s on our list.

We do — the creative studios, shops and small offices around the market, Wood Street and Blackhorse Road. Those usually run in the evening or over a weekend so nobody loses a working day, and we label and load so the essentials come off first.

Yes. If completion slips or there’s a gap between homes, we can hold your things and deliver when you’re ready. It’s a normal part of a lot of London chains, so mention it early and we’ll build it into the plan.

As soon as you’ve a likely date. Walthamstow moves a lot, and the popular slots — Fridays and month-ends — go first, so the earlier you talk to us the more say you have over the day. Working to a tight turnaround? Tell us and we’ll be straight about what’s doable.

There’s paperwork on both sides now — an inventory, a transit declaration for the goods crossing the EU, and transfer-of-residence forms where they apply. We prepare it with you and lodge what needs lodging. It’s a process, not a wall, and it’s the part we handle so you don’t have to learn it.

Both. A full home usually takes a dedicated load. Moving less — a flat, part of a house, or you’re in no rush — a part-load puts your things on a vehicle already heading that way. Your quote will say which suits what you’re sending.

It depends on the route, the crossing, whether it’s a dedicated or shared load, and customs clearance at the other end. Rather than quote a figure that turns out wrong, your written quote gives an estimated window and we keep you posted as the load moves.
